  1. Why do I see different prices of the same service?

The service is divided in three categories: Starter, Business and Business Pro. Each category separately provides the services offered in the particular pack.

  1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on FFI?

No. The customer can buy services directly without registering for an account on FFI but without the account you cannot check the status of your order. We recommend you to register yourself before purchasing any service to check the status of your order anytime. The same account may be used for all future filings.


  1. How does FFI prevent card fraud?

Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transaction are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorised by the owner of the card. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorised.

  1. How can I pay for my order?

The payment can be done by the following modes: Paytm, PhonePe, GooglePay, UPI, Paypal, Razorpay, Debit Card, Credit Card.

  1. Can I pay for the order later?

No, orders are only processed once the payment is made by the customer. As we initiate your application within 24 hours of placing the order and receiving the requisite documents for filing. For most services, when the application is filed the government fees has to be paid so advance payment are required to be made to avail any service on this platform.

  1. How can you check the status of the services already purchased?

You need to go to my account and select the order of which you want to check the status. The status will provide you all the relevant information (example: when was the application filed, which step is the application on currently)

  1. How do I upload/send you any document which I missed out sending while purchasing the service?

You can upload the document in my account or email it on Further mention the details of your order in the email.
