All services offered by us are in the form of packages with clear distinction of government and professional charges.

In case, you cancel your order, login to My Orders section on our platform and select the option to cancel order. The order can be cancelled within 12 hours of the purchase.

The order cancelled can be refunded by two modes:

1. refund can be credited to your wallet in 7 days;
2. refund can be credited to your bank account within 14 working days.

In the event the work has been executed on urgent basis before the period of 12 hours. The same shall be forfeited and will not be entitled to any refund.

In the event the service has already been rendered, no refund/compensation request can be generated through this policy.
